International Company Start Up in Fort Smith, AR. Summary: Leads the human resources function for the Fort Smith location during the design, build, start-up, and run phases of mill operations. Responsibilities include: recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits/compensation, change management, performance management, training & development, communications, employee engagement and community relations. Leads and supports mill-focused projects, program/policy development, and key initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment in support of the overall strategy. Projects and initiatives will include executing the overall Fort Smith employment strategy, establishing and executing project plans, and a strong emphasis on sourcing, recruiting, assessing, and on boarding talent for all positions within the new operation.
