The purpose of this memo is to provide a reference and strong recommendation to utilize the recruiting services of the Human Resource Personnel Agency in Little Rock Arkansas. In May and June of 07, I had the opportunity to work with Brett Walker and Lance Click on two key searches for a global manufacture who is building a new plant in Little Rock. I had never worked with Brett or Lance before, but agreed to work with them based on a recommendation from another VP of HR in Arkansas.
The searches were for a Plant Manager and a Plant Human Resources Manager. Due to a very short time frame from announcement to production, it was extremely critical to recruit these two positions in quickly, but at the same time ensure we were bringing in hi-potentials who could progress beyond the positions they were hired for.
As a former VP of HR for a Global Company, I have conducted many searches in NA and Globally for corporate executives and have worked with several of the top global search firms. I mention this because my expectations for a professional search, a sense of urgency and a high level of customer service are high. I can say without a doubt that Brett and Lance exceeded my expectations, and were one the best search firms I have worked with.

Brett and Lance had a short list of Candidates with two weeks, and after arranging phone interviews, we conducted on site interviews, and made offers by the end of the 4th week. During the on site interviews, they did a great job of ensuring all logistics were handled including professional office space, transporting candidates to the interview site, providing immediate candidate feedback, even bringing us lunches each day.
